How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bestsellers Paid (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This BEGINAGAIN GEAR STACKER (Stackable Rings Teach Colors & Languages) is a high-quality wooden toddler toy. I wanted it for my husband to use in post-stroke hand therapy, because it requires fine motor skills to balance the "gear" rings into a pyramid (especially an inverted pyramid). You have to place the rings just right, or they will fall through the larger or smaller rings, so this is somewhat challenging as either a stacker toy or a therapy tool.I find the nesting puzzle aspect quite fascinating. It's easy to nest the rings in their box if you work in one direction by size (largest to smallest or smallest to largest). But it's tricky to replace them in the box if you assemble them out of size order.
As the days for our four Grandsons return to our home we continue to search out toys we are comfortable and safe. The BeginAgain Gear Stacker Stackable Rings that teach colors & languages appear to be a perfect example of what we and our oldest daughter look for. The colors are vibrant and attractive, encouraging young children to play with them. The interactive shapes offer challenges and should keep our youngest Grandson entertained for long periods of time. The construction material is extremely solid and allow them to be stacked or put together as a puzzle. We look forward to being able watch him play with them and if we are lucky he may even allow us to join him.
The rings teach a little bit of foreign language. On one side of each ring, the color name is printed in English (e.g., red). On the other side, the color name is printed in Spanish, German, and French (e.g., rojo, rot, rouge). I'm partial to wooden toddler toys, because they're so solid and substantial. There's something special about the experience of assembling a wood-block puzzle. This puzzle is well-made, uses child-safe finishes, and is very colorful.
These are really fun vibrant colored rings. It's a great tool for building fine motor skills as well as teaching the different colors labeled on each ring. I like the fact that you can stack them upside down too. Overall great toy for 2+ aged kids.
This is a fun puzzle toy for any small child. It has large smooth pieces in vibrant colors that stack and build. Each one has the color labeled for extra fun. They stack together neatly when done. We are big fans of wood toys and this product is nicely done with smooth edges and a durable feel.
We found this at fresh thyme and my 15mos old loves it. It's super durable and he likes figuring out different thing to do with it. You can stick it from big gear to little gear or vice versa. The opposite side also has the colors in French German and Spanish :)
I love wooden toys for toddlers and children. Or even adults! This feels substantial, and comfortable to hold and maneuver. The color names are printed in English on one side, and the other languages on the other. Since colors seem to be one of the first things most early language learning programs cover, this seems like fantastic reinforcement.
My children like this but it is pretty limited in options, so they tend to get bored with it easily. This might be a good option for situations like a school, daycare, waiting room,etc - places where kids don't get a lot of exposure to the same toy every day and get bored with it.
